We enlarged picture of our jewelry, so customers can have a better view on the jewelry design and stone shape, and pattern. We do provide size and weight whenever possible for all our jewelry, please read it carefully.

Do you issue refunds or credits?

We do not issue refunds, credits or accept returns. All sales are final.

We do want you to be thrilled with your order. Please contact us at info@jiangems.com within 10 days of your order if there is an issue. We want to keep you happy, and we want repeat customers. Our customers are important to us, and we want referral business.

Do you accept credit cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and ApplePay.
We do not accept PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.

Do you have Gift Cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do have Gift cards and send them via email to your recipient.
Gift cards are final sale. They are not redeemable for cash and are only able to be used for J. Ian Gems products. We are not able to cancel gift cards. All sales, discounts and coupons are not able to be applied to purchase the gift cards.

We do not use gift boxes, but we do send all our bracelets in a decorative organza bag.

Is your jewelry hand-made?

Yes, all rings and bracelets are made by hand. We do not sell premade jewelry.

Can I use the photos on your website?

Accepted Answer

No, we are sorry but the pictures on the website are the property of J. Ian Gems, Inc.
They are not to be saved or reused without the express prior written permission of J. Ian Gems.

I put items in my cart but now they are out of stock. What happened?

J. Ian Gems are not mass produced and they are in high demand. Similar to other website of hand-made goods the first to check out receives the merchandise.
Please let us know at info@jiangems.com if there was a ring or bracelet you really wanted but it is no longer in stock. If we have the beads and/or gemstones in stock, we will make one for you.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes, we love doing custom orders on bracelets. Please contact us at info@jiangems.com for a quote.
All custom orders must be paid for in full. We will let you know the lead time on making them for you before you pay for your order.

Can we get the jewelry wet?

Accepted Answer

We do not recommend getting the bracelets or rings wet. Especially the ones with gemstones ending in "ite".  Gemstones such as Selenite, Kyanite, Hematite, fayalite, cristobalite, toblerite, iolite can dissolve and weaken in water. This is a small sample of the gems ending in "ite".
Please do not shower, bathe, swim or get them wet in general.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Accepted Answer

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
These are personal rings, earrings or bracelets worn on your body.
 We also give donations to local charities and cannot afford to issue refunds. We do want you to be happy with your purchase so, let us know if you are having an issue within the first 10 days of the purchase by writing to us at info@jiangems.com.

How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?

Accepted Answer

Using a tape measure to measure your wrist, if you like it tight then give us a measurement that adds a 1/2 inch. These start out tight but must make it over your hand.

If you like it looser select the bracelet size of the measurement in inches from your tape measure the way you want to wear it.

These are stretch bracelets and start out tight but if you wear them every day, they will stretch a bit.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free ground shipping to the domestic U.S. for all orders over $99.00 US dollars before tax that ship to one address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We need a verified street address.

If you order more than $99.00 USD before tax in one order, we will upgrade your order to a FREE Small Priority Flat Box that will arrive in 2-4 days. The order must ship to one address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We need a verified street address.

How should I care for my bracelets?

Accepted Answer

We recommend removing them when showering, bathing, or swimming. To clean your bracelets, use a soft polishing cloth. I keep mine in a selenite bowl overnight.

Do you take custom orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do take custom orders and will give you a quote. Please fill out the custom order form on the Wedding page.
Custom orders do require payment in full at the time the order is placed. We will invoice you for the full amount plus applicable tax and shipping.

Can I wear these on my ankles?

These bracelets are intended to be worn on your wrist. If you try to place them on your ankle they will break. Please don't even try.

We are sorry but we do not accept cancellations of orders or gift cards.
Please review your orders before placing them because there are no refunds.

Why is the stone color a little different from the picture?

Accepted Answer

All jewelry photos are taken by professional photographers. They use many photo equipment, like Flash, Day Light and etc. Some of the stone color might have affected a little. (Example: A Larimar stone is blue in color; under the flash and lights it might affect the color a little and it shows little light blue instead of dark blue.) If you bring the jewelry outside under the sunshine you will see the same piece showing under the day light.

For International Orders, we are not responsible for any fees that your country have charged you, example like Duty, Taxes, Tariffs, Postal Delivery Fee, or some other fees that your country had applied.

Sorry, we do not resize or customize the items we have for sale. You can always bring to your local jeweler, and they can help you to resize it. But if rings get damaged during resizing, we are not responsible for it.
